Regular and timely maintenance of the installed SAP software is crucial to protect against new types of attacks or newly identified potential vulnerabilities.

For this purpose, SAP delivers software corrections once a month (SAP Security Patch Day) in the form of SAP Security Notes, which focus exclusively on the security of the SAP systems. These fixes are intended to protect the SAP software from potential vulnerabilities or attacks.

All notes, especially the security notes, must be downloaded regularly from the SAP support portal, checked for relevance and accordingly imported manually into the individual SAP systems.

SAP NOTES DOWNLOAD & VALIDATION
automatics identifies all currently known information via Solution Manager or Maintenance Planner and downloads them to your development systems.
