Digital Marketing Specialist (Part-time, m/f/d)

To accelerate our growth in the DACH region, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on graphic design and campaigns. This role involves visually refining our brand, developing impactful assets for all channels (key visuals, social media, web, sales materials), and working with the team to plan, implement, and optimize high-performing campaigns – data-driven, structured, and with a keen sense of clear messaging.

Your mission

You are the visual voice of our brand: You develop concise designs that get straight to the point, sharpen our identity, and have a consistent impact across all channels.

You bring campaigns to life – from key visuals to landing pages – and test, measure, and refine them.

You combine creativity with impact: Every visual has a goal, every touchpoint a clear next step.

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Graphic Design and Multimedia Content: You will independently create appealing graphics, edit images, and produce multimedia content for our websites, email campaigns, and social media channels.

  • Website Management: You will support the maintenance and design of our website (Wix).

  • Digital Advertising and Social Media: You will conceptualize, plan, and analyze digital campaigns on channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, and YouTube. You will also create editorial content, blog posts, and articles.

  • Email Marketing and Customer Database: You will create, segment, and maintain email marketing campaigns and customer databases.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: You will regularly generate reports on completed activities and analyze the performance of digital campaigns.

  • Budget Management: You will manage the budget for all relevant marketing activities.

  • Event Marketing: You will conceptualize, plan, and support event marketing projects and campaigns.

YOUR PROFILE

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • Excellent knowledge of graphic design, image editing, and multimedia design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

  • Experience in developing email marketing campaigns

  • Excellent knowledge of social media (especially LinkedIn and YouTube) and experience in creating blog posts and editorial content.

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in digital marketing, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field is advantageous.

  • Good written and spoken English skills.
